The Abstract World

Trying to make sense of the abstract world. Trying to find order amongst chaos.

Over the years, my interest in abstract details have grown significantly. I started to study the patterns, shapes and formations of the rocks and other elements whenever i visited locations.

With these images I tried to capture shapes that are multi dimensional and mind-bending. Hopefully they will make you stop and inspect each image carefully to make sense of the orientation. I see some resemblance to "Penrose Stairs" in some of these images. But unlike Penrose Stairs, these shapes are not impossible. They are presented as nature intended.

The images in this project are captured in many different locations - but mainly along the coastlines where rock formations are the most interesting.
